Minutopia is made and provided by Casa Pivote ("we"). By using the app you agree to these terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Minutopia on devices you own or control, under the rules Apple sets for the App Store. You may not resell the app, rent it out, or attempt to extract its source or assets for reuse elsewhere.
What you build in the app is yours and is never taken away. If a subscription ends, islands and series you have already started remain usable and can still be finished; ones you never began simply leave the shelf. Anything bought as a pack is permanent.
Videos and images you export from the app are yours. We claim no rights over them.
We may update the app, add islands and series, and change how parts of it work. We may also stop offering a particular item for sale. We will not remove what you have already built or bought.
The app is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will be free of errors or available without interruption. Minutopia is a tool for focus and a toy to build with — it is not a medical, therapeutic, or productivity guarantee of any kind.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
Minutopia は Casa Pivote（以下「当方」）が制作・提供します。本アプリを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとします。
当方は、お客様が所有または管理する端末で Minutopia を利用する、個人的・非独占的・譲渡不可の権利を、App Store の規則の範囲で許諾します。本アプリの再販売・貸与、ソースや素材を取り出して他所で再利用する行為はできません。
アプリの中で建てたものはお客様のもので、取り上げることはありません。定期購読が終了しても、すでに着工した島やシリーズはそのまま使え、完成させることもできます。一度も着工していないものは棚から外れるだけです。パックで購入したものは永続します。
アプリから書き出した動画や画像はお客様のものです。当方はそれらに対して権利を主張しません。
当方は、アプリの更新、島やシリーズの追加、動作の変更を行うことがあります。特定の商品の販売を終了することもあります。ただし、すでに建てたもの・購入したものを取り上げることはしません。
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。エラーが無いこと、中断なく利用できることを保証するものではありません。Minutopia は集中のための道具であり、積み上げて眺めるための玩具です。医療上・治療上の効果や、生産性の向上を保証するものではありません。
法令が認める範囲で、本アプリの利用に関する当方の責任の総額は、請求の前12か月間にお客様が当方に支払った金額を上限とします。間接損害・結果損害について当方は責任を負いません。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。紛争については東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
